Job Title: Market Research Analyst
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and evaluate methods for collecting data.
  • Gather data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions.
  • Analyze data using marketing theories and statistical software.
  • Monitor and forecast marketing and sales trends.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
  • Prepare reports and present results to clients and management.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency  of  Google Adwords, Google Analytics and other social media marketing, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Wechat etc.
  • Solid mix of quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
  • Masterful at telling stories using data.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skill, Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
  • Works well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with rigorous attention to detail
  • Must possess strong communication skills. 
  • Must have strong English writing skills.
  • Familiar with CRM tool a plus
  • Payment processing industry experience a plus
  • Basic graphic design a plus
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or business administration related field (Required)

Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. 
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude at all times. 
  • Keep records of customer interactions, comments and complaints. 
  • Familiar with Infinite Pays products and services in order to answer questions. 
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support. 
Qualifications
  • Native Chinese speaker or fluency in Chinese required
  • Fluent in English, conversational level
  • Must have excellent communication skills, the ability to build relationships.
  • Must have a good attitude and be customer oriented.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. 
  • Familiar with basic Microsoft Office skills.
  • Payment processing industry experience a plus.
  • Familiar with CRM a plus.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
